Using this site

By browsing gadgets360.ng or ordering from us you accept these terms. If you use an account, you are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity carried out under it.

Products, prices and availability

• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Stock moves fast in Computer Village. A product being listed is not a guarantee it is still in stock at the moment you order — we confirm availability on WhatsApp before payment.
• We correct pricing or specification errors when we find them. If a price was clearly wrong, we will tell you before taking payment and you are free to cancel.
• Photos are of the actual item or the exact model; minor cosmetic variation is possible on pre-owned stock, which is always labelled as such.

How an order is formed

Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. An order exists once you send the summary to our WhatsApp line and we confirm availability, final price and delivery. That confirmation is the contract between us.

Payment

We accept bank transfer and in-store payment. We never ask you to pay a personal account that differs from the details confirmed in your WhatsApp thread — if anyone asks you to, stop and call us on +234 706 789 4474.

Delivery and pickup

• Lagos deliveries are typically same-day or next-day once payment clears.
• Nationwide delivery goes through vetted logistics partners; timelines depend on the destination.
• Please inspect and test your item on delivery or at pickup before the rider leaves.

Buy, sell and swap

Valuations for devices you sell or swap with us are based on model, condition, battery health and current market demand, and are confirmed only after physical inspection. You confirm any device you sell to us is legally yours and not locked to another account or reported stolen.

Reviews and user content

Reviews and testimonials you post must be your genuine experience. We remove content that is abusive, misleading or unlawful, and we may remove reviews left by accounts with no purchase history with us.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here removes the rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version published here, with the date at the top of this page, is the one that applies to your order.
